01
Start a message
Select the compose button beside Search to start a new message. To continue a conversation, open it and select Reply or Forward.
02
Start with a reply suggestion
When you reply, Mejl Plus offers three directions based on the message. Choose one to insert a complete reply, then edit it before sending.
03
Address and write the email
Add one or more recipients, enter a subject, then write your message. Select Cc/Bcc when you need to copy someone else. If Gmail provides more than one sending address, select the sender at the top of the composer to change it.
04
Format text and add files
Select text in your message to open the formatting controls. You can change the text style, make text bold, italic or underlined, and add or edit a link. Use the image and paperclip buttons to insert an image or attach a file.
05
Reuse text with snippets
Open Settings, choose Snippets, and save text you write often with a short shortcut. In the composer, type / followed by that shortcut and choose the snippet to insert it at the cursor.
06
Improve selected text with Mejl Plus
Mejl Plus can rewrite text you select. Choose Improve writing to fix spelling and grammar, make the text friendlier or more professional, or change its length. Only the selected text is replaced.
07
Send or keep the draft
Select Send when the message is ready. Mejl saves your work as a Gmail draft while the composer is open. Close the composer to continue later, or use the trash button to discard the draft.
Attachment limit
Images and other attachments can be up to 25 MB in total for one message.
