01
Open a conversation
Choose a view, then select a conversation to read it. In a longer thread, select a collapsed message to expand it. Select the attachment count near the subject to jump to attached files.
02
Reply or forward
Select Reply or Forward beside the conversation. On the web, you can also reply to or forward a specific message from its sender row.
03
Change its views
Select Add to view near the subject to choose where the conversation belongs. Select an existing view again to remove it. The matching Gmail labels change at the same time.
04
Deal with finished or unwanted mail
Open the more menu to mark the conversation unread, move it to Trash, restore it, or mark it as spam. On the web, select the checkbox beside several loaded conversations to mark them read, move them to spam, trash them, or restore them together.
05
Find or refresh mail
Use Search when the conversation is not in the current view. Refresh the mailbox if you expect newer mail. If Mejl cannot refresh, it keeps showing the latest saved copy and tells you what went wrong.
Loaded conversations
Bulk actions on the web apply to the conversations currently loaded in the selected view, not every matching conversation in the mailbox.
