Keyboard shortcuts
Use the command menu and a small set of shortcuts to move through mail faster on the web.

Open the command menu
Press Command-K on a Mac or Control-K elsewhere to open the command menu. Search for an action, jump to a view, compose, refresh, open settings, or contact support.

Inbox shortcuts
These shortcuts work while the pointer is over an email in the web inbox.

Write a new email
U
Mark the email under the pointer read or unread
L
Add or remove views from the email under the pointer
Backspace or Delete
Trash or restore the email under the pointer
Command-R or Control-R
Refresh the mailbox
